As part of its commitment to education, Gestamp Foundation is working with ELLIS Alicante Foundation to develop an educational project on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

This initiative aims to bring AI into classrooms, encourage interest in scientific and technological fields, and promote its responsible use as a tool for generating a positive societal impact.

As part of this project, an event was held on February 21, 2025, at the University of Alicante, where more than 400 students and teachers from various schools across the province participated in activities designed to spark their interest in AI. The ELLIS Alicante team shared their expertise and projects through talks that provided attendees with firsthand insights into various applications of this technology.

During the session, the importance of ethics in the development and use of AI was emphasized, highlighting the need to employ it responsibly and with a focus on social good.

Through initiatives like this, Gestamp Foundation strengthens its commitment to education and the development of key skills for the future. Artificial intelligence holds immense potential, and introducing it to young people helps prepare future generations for the challenges and opportunities it presents. This project has been carried out in collaboration with ELLIS Alicante Foundation and with the support of the Generalitat Valenciana and the Regional Ministry of Innovation, Industry, Trade, and Tourism.
