TRANSFORMATIVE MENTORING
Gestamp Foundation, in collaboration with the Royal Academy of Engineering, has joined the Women and Engineering project through the Transformative Mentoring in Vocational Training program. This initiative aims to promote STEAM vocations and increase the presence of women in industrial and technological sectors, helping to reduce the gender gap.
Gestamp professionals act as mentors, accompanying vocational training students in different sessions. During the program, aspects such as talent recognition, leadership skills, uncertainty management, and networking are addressed, helping students to guide their next professional steps.
Gestamp Foundation is thus consolidating its commitment to equality and the promotion of STEAM careers, bringing the experience of its professionals to the educational sphere and fostering the connection between training and business.
