MOVING FOR INCLUSION
Gestamp Foundation, in collaboration with Randstad Foundation, is launching the “Moving for Inclusion” project, an initiative aimed at improving the employability of people with disabilities through mobility training.
Through this program, 25 people with disabilities will be trained to obtain a forklift license and a driver’s license, thus facilitating access to new job opportunities and strengthening their professional autonomy.
Participants will also have the opportunity to visit a Gestamp production plant, which will allow them to understand what day-to-day life is like in an industrial environment and will help prepare them to enter the job market.
In addition, Gestamp Foundation will organize training sessions taught by volunteer experts from the company, who will share their knowledge on key skills for employment, thus strengthening the connection between training and professional practice.
With this initiative, Gestamp Foundation reaffirms its commitment to inclusion and diversity, promoting projects that generate real opportunities and foster a more accessible future for all.
