The “Moving to Transform” Awards were created with the aim of highlighting the commitment of volunteers who participate in the Gestamp Foundation’s initiatives. Through their involvement, volunteers contribute directly to each project having a real impact on the communities it serves. Their work goes beyond their participation in activities: they accompany, guide, and share experiences that help young people and vulnerable groups develop new skills, gain confidence, and find opportunities to build their future.

The awards are given through a transparent selection process aligned with the Foundation’s values, and there are two categories: Volunteer of the Year, which recognizes outstanding commitment, consistent participation, and significant contribution throughout the year; and Role Model of the Year, which highlights those who guide and support young people in the Foundation’s projects, acting as mentors and role models for their personal and educational development.

In the 2025 edition, Laura Jurado was recognized as Volunteer of the Year and Cristina Pérez as Role Model of the Year. Both have demonstrated exemplary dedication and a strong sense of purpose in their volunteer work. As part of the recognition, they received an official certificate signed by the President and CEO of the Gestamp Foundation.
