Fundación Gestamp, as part of its commitment to promote safe mobility, has participated throughout 2024 in four races of the Ponle Freno circuit, organized by Atresemedia, which took place in Zaragoza, Valencia, Santander and Madrid. This initiative seeks not only to promote responsible driving habits, but also to raise public awareness of the importance of preventing traffic accidents.

More than 320 volunteers from the plants of Gestamp Aragón, Gestamp Levante, Edscha Santander, Gestamp Toledo and the Madrid offices, together with family and friends, ran with the aim of raising awareness for road safety and accident prevention.

The funds raised by the Ponle Freno Races are entirely donated to hospitals and research centers that work on the recovery and improvement of the quality of life of traffic accident victims. On this occasion, the funds raised were donated to the Hospital de Parapléjicos de Toledo and the associations AESLEME and Stop Accidentes.
