Strengthening its commitment to solidarity, Gestamp Foundation has launched two solidarity projects focused on Christmas at Gestamp’s offices with the aim of supporting vulnerable groups.

In the first place, on December 10, a charity market was held by the Prodis Foundation, which works for the integration of people with disabilities into the labor market. Nearly 200 people visited and collaborated with the market throughout the morning. The funds raised from the purchases will be destined to promote projects that this foundation carries out for people with disabilities. 

On the other hand, in collaboration with La Caixa, a campaign called ‘El Árbol de los Sueños’ (The Tree of Dreams) was launched, a solidarity initiative aimed at fulfilling the wishes of children who cannot receive presents at Christmas due to a vulnerable family situation. Thanks to the collaboration of the volunteers, 128 children from Aldeas Infantiles SOS, Fundación José María de Llanos and Secretariado Gitano, have received gifts this Christmas.
