Students and volunteers of the second edition of GestaSkills
Gestamp Foundation promotes the professional development of Vocational Training students through the first Gestaskills workshops.
As part of its commitment to education, in collaboration with the Empieza por Educar Foundation, the Gestamp Foundation is launching the second edition of Gestaskills, an initiative aimed at strengthening the professional skills of vocational training students.

Throughout February 2025, the first program workshops were held for Basic Vocational Training (FPB) students at the Padre Piquer Training Center. These sessions have been focused on the development of assertive communication skills and the elaboration of an action plan, providing students with key tools for their professional future.
During the activities, participants from the Electricity and Electronics and Administration modules worked on the recognition and application of their soft skills in the workplace, analyzing the importance of teamwork, the effectiveness of assertive communication and the structured planning of a project, addressing its development in all its stages.
After this first phase with Basic Vocational Training students, the program will soon be extended to Intermediate Vocational Training students, with the aim of further strengthening their skills and facilitating their incorporation into the labor market.
Through the second edition of Gestaskills, the Gestamp Foundation reaffirms its commitment to the training and professional development of young people, supporting initiatives that promote talent and equal opportunities in the business world.
